Founder & Managing Partner
Brian founded Virginia Mergers & Acquisitions in 2024 with a simple thesis: small and medium businesses are the heart of the Virginia economy, and they deserve better tools, better advice, and better partners.
A serial entrepreneur with a background in digital marketing at large corporations, Brian brings a blend of corporate discipline and startup agility to every venture. VMA operates across three lanes — building new businesses from scratch, buying existing businesses with strong fundamentals, and brokering deals for owners looking to buy or sell.
The company's first venture, PestControlBusinesses.com, is a technology platform built from the ground up to serve the pest control industry — a testament to VMA's hands-on, build-first approach.
Brian is a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and the Carolinas Virginia Business Brokers Association (CVBBA).
